一整年沒拿大賽冠軍的柯秉逸，The Taxman，在2012年度冠軍賽，Roger Vivier情人節限定款 愛心擄芳心，全勝封王！最後決戰他還一度連摸7，Agatha Christie：The Queen of Crime，把楊清順「釘」在座位上，大帝忙搶冠 社群網站掰，最後柯秉逸以11比6獲勝，阿寶 抖曾志偉如廁邊按摩 出賣老爹算妳狠，抱走30萬獎金。
「這是我第一次拿到年度總冠軍，當然開心。新的一年，我希望能拿到世界第一，把張榮麟擠下來。」柯秉逸的封王感言。
這屆比賽，柯秉逸是唯一一位全勝晉級的選手，可見狀況之好。「其實我第一次打年度冠軍賽時，也是預賽全勝，可是最後沒拿到冠軍，至於這次，我有調整心態，更加專注來面對比賽。」
