【吳秀樺╱台中報導】友達光電（2409）去年獲利創6年來新高，男舍淪吸菸房 淡大未察，今年不但要因應生產成長需要，梁國雄參選港特首 爭取3.8萬人連署，大規模招募人力，東元年營收拼500億 強拓印度非洲東協，還要發放紅利、並為所有員工調薪。看新聞不加蘋果粉絲團對嗎?!「4月一定會調薪」總經理彭双浪說，金管會擬設「樂陞條款」，中國昆山廠2016年即將投產，需要約數百人至上千位工作人員，考量LTPS面板學習曲線長、良率提升不易，必須從台灣派遣先鋒部隊前往，而后里8.5代廠擴產亦需100~200名工程師加入，隨面板景氣回溫、公司營運好轉，人才招募將較為容易。
友達去年獲利出色，彭双浪說，今年4月一定會調薪，相較去年3~5%調薪水準，今年調幅雖尚未出來，但一定優於業界，「除了考慮物價，還會將業界水準納入考量，讓員工薪資維持產業界中具競爭力領先的區塊。」
至於年終獎金，友達固定年薪14個月，包括1個月年終加上中秋與端午各半個月，還有績效獎金依公司營運與個人績效評估。
由於去年獲利不錯，除積效獎金外，今年還會分紅，估算員工今年領到的獎金應該很不錯。，
