In the summer of 2013， Michael Madison tortured， raped， mutilated and murdered three women in East Cleveland. One of his victims was 18-year-old Shirellda Terry. In an incident that’s captured the sympathy of many， this young woman’s father attacked her smiling， remorseless killer in court at his sentencing on June 2. Shirellda’s dad Van Terry was offering a final victim's impact statement before the judge imposed sentence on Michael Madison when this happened… How you doing your honor … my name’s Van Terry … father of Shirellda Terry … Right now， I guess we’re supposed to， in our hearts forgive this clown， who has touched our families， taken my child … Van Terry was pushed out of the courtroom， but reports say Ohio prosecutors are still deciding whether or not to charge him with a crime. Most of us will no doubt side with Terry and hope he faces no punishment for trying to wipe a sadistic grin off the face of a sadistic serial killer … The only ‘good’ news: Killer Michael Madison may not be grinning at anyone or anything for that much longer. He was sentenced to death by Judge Nancy R. McDonnell， the first death sentence she’s imposed in over 20 years on the bench. Is there anybody out there who DOES think Van Terry deserves to get charged for his outburst? If so， tell us why in the comments.
